Shipping Policies
At this time, Moonlight Eternal only ships to within the US.
Shipping Charges: Everything ships for a flat rate of $7.99. If your order only includes lip balms, it ships for a flat rate of $3.99. We offer free shipping as a courtesy to our customers on orders over $50 with coupon code: FREESHIP50. Unfortunately, I can not apply the coupon retroactively, so please remember your coupon.

Processing Times: Every time you visit our website, a banner at the top of your screen will display the current turn around time in business days (Monday-Friday). This does not include actual shipping time; Priority Mail is typically delivered in 3-5 days, but USPS no longer provides shipping guarantees.
Shipping Carriers: We ship primarily USPS Priority Mail, and all packages come with complimentary $100 insurance. Orders containing only lip balm will ships USPS Ground Advantage. Occassionally, for larger orders, we will ship UPS.
Tracking: When every order ships, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking number.
Addresses: Please make sure your address is correct. Your order will ship to the address you provide at checkout. If USPS is unable to verify the address, your order will be delayed until I can reach you for clarification. Moonlight Eternal is not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or returned due to incorrect addresses.
