How Soon Will My Order Ship? You can always view the current turn around time by viewing the banner at the top of each page. Currently, orders are shipping in 3 to business 5 days. Note, that does not include transit time.


How Do I Track My Order? You will receive a shipping confirmation with every order that includes a tracking number.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept? You can pay with any major credit card using Stripe. You can also pay with a PayPal account.


What Is Your Return Policy? What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Because of the nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Of course, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please Contact Moonlight Eternal so we can make things right!

What if I never receive my package?
Once we ship your package, the matter is, quite literally, out of our hands. Moonlight Eternal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. But don't panic! In over a decade of shipping out packages, I have never had a package go missing.

Here are some tips:
  • Give the package an extra 24-48 hours to show up. Sometimes, your package is scanned before it's been dropped off at your house.
  • Check with your neighbors. Everyone makes mistakes, after all.
  • If, after seven business days, you still can't find your package, go to this page of the USPS's website and input the relevant information.

What if my package arrives damaged? We all know USPS can be rough on packages, but that's what insurance is for! Please
notify me within 24 hours if your products are damaged.

Please note: No refund or exchanges will be offered for products with a Melt Warning that arrive melted. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for bath bombs which arrive cracked; they will perform just as well.
